Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, ensuring safety, productivity and accuracy while maintaining service quality. You will train, coach and develop teams, set high standards, and collaborate across departments to drive efficiency.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage resources in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a permanent, on-site position in a UPS facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manages resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Fosters a positive, team-oriented environment and drives continual improvement.
