Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, training and guiding workgroups to meet safety, production, and attendance standards. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ensuring high standards for accuracy and customer service.

The supervisor will cultivate a positive team environment, implement development plans, and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements across the station.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
