Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, drive safety, productivity and quality across shifts. You will train teams, manage attendance, and ensure accurate order processing while maintaining customer service standards.

You will lead a dynamic, structured warehouse environment, focusing on development, coaching, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Lead a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cross-departmental cooperation.
• Implement personal development plans and provide coaching to support ongoing growth of department personnel.
