Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
• Ensures department resources are managed to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure ongoing professional growth.
• Ensures all employees receive orientation, training, evaluations, and proactive coaching.
