UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and drive safety, quality, and attendance. The role leads a department to meet productivity targets and maintain high standards of customer service and organization.

You will develop personnel, deliver required training, and foster a collaborative environment across levels. This permanent position emphasizes safety, coaching, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
