Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service, while developing teams and ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA standards.

The successful candidate will lead by example, managing resources, coaching staff, and promoting continuous improvement across all levels of the operation.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or an alien lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, OSHA requirements, and company standards.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and proactive communication across departments.
