Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service. The role emphasizes leadership across levels and collaboration with diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred), plus management experience. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
