Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. invites qualified candidates to join as a supervisor overseeing Package Handlers. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and attendance, while developing teams across shifts.

Lead by example to maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse. The position requires strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, and willingness to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shifts up to 5 days/week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or international-equivalent; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans to support employee growth.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and ongoing safety training.
