Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to establish and execute policies for the physical handling of cargo in the hub, ensuring safe, organized operations and compliance with customer and internal requirements. The role involves coordinating with multiple operations teams to maintain efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse settings, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hub/warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of air cargo handling and warehouse processes.
• Fluent in English; clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub operational activities for safe, timely processing of shipments.
• Direct quality control across operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies, government regulations and GSOPs.
• Maintain records for volume, damages, safety incidents, productivity.
• Coordinate with flight control, maintenance, facilities, customs and others to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee loading/unloading of trucks, air containers, and pallets.
• Supervise 15–25 staff; hire, coach and develop team.
