Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead flight operations and ensure safe, on-time departures and arrivals. You will oversee agents, mentor staff, manage gate movements and cargo handling, and work with heavy equipment in a busy airport environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of ramp services experience, a GED or HS diploma, and potential certifications or airport badge clearance. Flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ramp services experience.
• GED, HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification/licenses may apply for certain roles.
• Airport Badge/Security Clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct on‑the‑job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and tow aircraft.
