UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead a team of Package Handlers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train, develop, and manage workgroups to meet safety, productivity, accuracy and attendance goals while upholding UPS standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kg, flexible shifts, and a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred) with management experience (preferred).

Qualificações

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide innovative and effective leadership and cultivate a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed; manage resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
