Job summary

Amgen is seeking a HUB Operations Senior Manager to lead patient services operations across the Medical Benefit Portfolio. The role reports to the Director, HUB Services, Patient Access, and focuses on scalable, compliant operations and strong collaboration with internal teams and strategic vendors.

You will drive process improvements, oversee technology adoption for patient-service platforms, and mentor the HUB Services team to deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or extensive experience in Marketing or business aligned with hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives for Patient Services HUB and reimbursement-support services.
• Design and optimize patient and provider coverage-support processes and SOPs.
• Partner with HUB team to develop system-enabled SOPs and operational documentation.
• Coach and develop the HUB Services team and drive performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency across PSP portfolio.
