Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading HUB-related teams (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Knowledge of store systems and basic parts knowledge.
• Ability to network with nearby stores, hubs, and external suppliers for fulfillment.
• MVR certification may be required and training completed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Hub operations and ensure timely resolution of Hub orders and processes.
• Direct and delegate work for HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage products, complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party drivers on instructions and paperwork.
• Work with stores to determine sourcing and logistics options when items are unavailable in-network.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: on-hand, shrink, cycle counts, outages, and price changes.
• Ensure Hub records and paperwork policies are followed and updated.
• Communicate risks or concerns about fulfillment to store leaders promptly.
• Lead stocking activities from replenishment orders and ensure completion within 24 hours.
