Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage daily hub functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and team supervision.

The role requires coordinating with stores, hubs, and drivers to ensure timely, accurate processing and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of store systems, parts, and logistics, with prior leadership experience and a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with inventory management preferred.
• Ability to lead Hub team members and coordinate with store and hub networks.
• Comfort with forklift and warehouse equipment (if certified).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and ensure timely resolution of hub orders.
• Direct, organize and delegate work for hub team members.
• Review hub orders, stage products, and finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers and stores for fulfillment options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts and manage price changes.
• Ensure compliance with hub records and procedures.
• Communicate risks or delays to store leadership.
• Lead stocking activities from replenishment orders, ensuring completion within 24 hours.
• Support additional inventory activities and front room inventory.
