• Must be competent at oral and written communications and handle basic math computations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hub operations and resolve Hub orders promptly.
• Direct and delegate work to HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and 3rd party drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Source parts and logistics options via store network for fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts, planograms and price changes.
• Ensure hub records and all paperwork policies are followed.
• Communicate risks or concerns regarding order fulfillment to store leadership.
• Lead replenishment stocking and ensure completion within 24 hours.
