Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HUB functions, including order fulfillment and inventory control. The role leads HUB team members and collaborates with stores, PDQ and external suppliers to ensure on-time parts availability.

Responsibilities include directing HUB operations, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support efficient store service and network fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hub operations and timely resolution of Hub orders.
• Lead HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist) and delegate work.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product and finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and 3rd party drivers and store personnel for fulfillment options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts and manage planograms.
