Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HUB functions, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain inventory accuracy across the HUB network.

The role involves directing HUB team members, coordinating with drivers and stores, and ensuring policy compliance to support store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in retail inventory management, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including drivers

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in retail inventory or logistics operations.
• Ability to lead HUB-related team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for HUB operations and timely resolution of HUB orders and processes.
• Provide direction and delegate work to HUB team members.
• Review HUB orders, pull parts, stage product and finalize paperwork.
• Interact with internal and 3rd party drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Engage network to determine part sourcing and logistics options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and related HUB records.
