Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a HUB Operations Lead to manage daily HUB functions, lead HUB Inventory Specialist and drivers, and collaborate with nearby stores for order fulfillment.

The role requires strong knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills; training and store meetings are required, with a full-time schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in HUB/inventory and order fulfillment within a retail or logistics setting.
• Ability to lead HUB team members and coordinate with stores and drivers.
• Knowledge of store inventory, cycle counts, permits, and paperwork procedures.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HUB operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Direct and delegate tasks to HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers, HUB Inventory Specialist).
• Review orders, stage products, complete documentation, and coordinate with drivers and stores.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, manage outages and price changes.
• Communicate risks to store leadership and support inventory planning with GM/DM/CSC.
