Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day Hub functions including order fulfillment, inventory control, and related processes. The role may involve leading Hub Inventory Specialists and Hub Drivers, coordinating with stores and external suppliers for fulfillment options, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Requires MVR certification and attendance at training and store meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be competent at oral and written communications.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to drive forklift if certified.
• Mature, reliable, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders and processes in a timely manner.
• Provide direction, organize and delegate work for HUB team members.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with Drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Engage store to facility network for part sourcing and logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with GM/DM/CSC support for inventory mix and levels.
• Maintain Hub records and paperwork policies.
• Communicate risks or concerns regarding order fulfillment to store leaders.
• Lead stocking activities from replenishment orders within 24 hours.
