UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and maintain high standards for safety, production, attendance, and customer service. You will lead by example, foster a collaborative culture, and coordinate with across the organization to keep operations efficient.

Candidates must be able to lift 70 lbs, work flexible shifts up to five days a week, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Competenze

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent - Preferred: Management experience
