Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions seeks a supervisor to oversee package handlers, train staff, and drive safety, productivity, and attendance across the station. You will set high standards for accuracy, organization, and customer service while leading a team with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities include implementing development plans, orienting staff, and coaching to support growth, while ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, complying with OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implement employee development plans for ongoing growth.
• Provide orientation, training, and coaching to staff for ongoing development.
• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
