Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in logistics or warehouse environment preferred.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises package handlers and trains staff to uphold safety, production and attendance standards.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures all employees receive orientation, training, materials, evaluations and coaching.
