FedEx Corporation in Memphis, TN seeks a Hub Operations Supervisor to plan, organize and control input, movement, process/sort and output of hub functions to ensure on-time launches at minimal cost and optimum service for FedEx customers.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; 1 year in FedEx supervisory roles (or 2 years management for external candidates); completion of AiM leadership program or a Bachelor's degree; and 12 months general FedEx operations experience.

Competenze

• One year experience in FedEx supervisory/lead roles (e.g., Ramp agent/Ops Lead/Team Lead).
• Two years management experience (for external candidates).
• Completion of a certified internal leadership development program, including AiM.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize and control the input, movement, process/sort, and output of hub operations to ensure service levels and cost efficiency.
• Direct all other activities that provide optimum service to FedEx customers.
