You will ensure accurate invoicing to spoke stores and monitor inventory discrepancies, while maintaining an organized hub area and enforcing safety policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating routes, managing payroll budgets, supporting store management during absences, and assisting with hiring and training of hub staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hub operations and city delivery staff to ensure accuracy and customer service.
• Coordinate with city delivery dispatchers to ensure invoicing to spoke stores is correct.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct them promptly.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Minimize shrinkage and theft through proper controls and paperwork.
• Oversee hub delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure safe driving practices and adherence to delivery policies.
• Schedule and monitor hub staff, including dispatchers and delivery specialists, within payroll budgets.
• Monitor route schedules and communicate delays to stores on the route.
• Support store manager during absences and ensure vehicle maintenance and inspections are completed.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and recruitment efforts for hub personnel.
• Ensure drivers have valid MVRs on file and pre-employment checks are completed.
