Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations including supervising city delivery dispatchers and hub delivery specialists.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of products to spoke stores; investigate shipping/inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties; monitor route efficiency and costs.
• Schedule and manage hub staff to meet payroll budgets and coverage requirements.
• Ensure drivers have valid MVRs on file and pre-employment drug tests are passed.
