Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations and supervise city delivery dispatchers and hub staff.
• Ensure accurate invoicing to spoke stores and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and other inventory control duties.
• Schedule hub employees to ensure adequate coverage within payroll budget.
• Ensure hub routes are followed, safe driving, and costs minimized.
• Maintain hub area organization and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure drivers have MVRs on file and pass pre-employment checks.
