Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily hub operations, coordinating city delivery dispatchers and hub staff to ensure accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include invoicing product to spoke stores, investigating shipping and inventory discrepancies, conducting cycle counts, managing routes, schedules, and payroll, and ensuring safety and efficiency across the hub network.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hub operations and a high level of accuracy and customer service.
• Work with city delivery dispatchers to invoice product to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct promptly.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Oversee hub stockers and ensure accurate stock orders.
• Minimize shrinkage and theft risks with appropriate controls.
• Oversee hub delivery routes, maximize efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Ensure safe driving practices and compliance with policies.
• Manage hub expenses to maximize profitability for hub and spoke stores.
• Schedule and monitor payroll, and ensure clock-ins/outs per policy.
• Coordinate with store managers on route coverage and vehicle maintenance.
• Input performance feedback for staff during evaluations.
• Participate in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Ensure drivers pass pre-employment drug tests and maintain valid MVRs.
