Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee daily HUB functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and paperwork compliance. The role may involve leading an assigned HUB team and coordinating with store personnel to optimize sourcing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is essential for inventory and order accuracy.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Forklift operation or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage HUB operations and resolve HUB orders and processes promptly.
• Lead and delegate work to HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Maintain inventory accuracy including on-hand counts, cycle counts, and outages.
• Coordinate with stores, hubs, and drivers to source parts and ensure timely fulfillment.
