Advance Auto Parts in Buffalo seeks a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HUB functions, including order fulfillment and inventory control. The role may require leading one or more team members such as Hub Inventory Specialists or Hub Drivers, and coordinating with nearby stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

The position emphasizes maintaining hub standards, safety, and effective communication while ensuring timely processing of orders and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and work well with store teams.
• Experience stocking parts and locating items quickly.
• Knowledge of store inventory systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with POS and parts lookup tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and ensure timely resolution of hub orders.
• Provide direction, organize and delegate work to hub team members.
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage product and finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and external drivers on shipments and paperwork.
• Engage stores to source parts and determine logistics options.
• Work with GM/DM/CSC for inventory mix and levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: onhand, shrink, cycle counts, outages.
• Keep hub records and policies up to date; manage documentation.
• Communicate risks or issues to store leaders promptly.
• Lead replenishment stocking activities and ensure completion within 24 hours.
