Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HUB functions, including store hub order fulfillment and inventory control. This role may supervise one or more team members such as HUB Inventory Specialists or HUB drivers, and requires knowledge of store systems and basic parts knowledge.

Candidates should have leadership experience, the ability to network with nearby stores and suppliers, and a commitment to maintaining HUB standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior retail or warehouse leadership experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Able to lift up to 50–100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HUB operations and oversee order fulfillment and inventory processes.
• Direct HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and HUB Inventory Specialist) and delegate tasks.
• Review orders, pull parts, stage product, complete paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and external drivers for shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain HUB records and follow all policies and procedures.
• Communicate risks or concerns to the store leadership.
• Lead replenishment stocking and ensure completion within 24 hours.
• Oversee additional inventory activities as needed (overstocks, callbacks).
• Safely deliver parts to customers and assist with related tasks.
