Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee daily hub functions, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will lead HUB team members such as Hub Inventory Specialists and Loop Drivers, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, parts familiarity, and strong collaboration with GM, DM, and CSC support. It is a full-time, on-site position with safety and efficiency as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic math proficiency for counts and calculations.
• Experience in retail and inventory handling.
• Ability to operate forklift if certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hub operations and resolve orders promptly.
• Direct and delegate work to HUB team members.
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers and stores for fulfillment options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy including cycle counts and planograms.
• Lead replenishment stocking and 24-hour completion targets.
