Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Hub Operations Lead to manage daily HUB functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and process execution. This role may supervise 1 or more team members such as HUB Inventory Specialists and HUB Drivers.

Ideal candidates have store systems knowledge, basic parts knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and prior leadership experience. This is a full-time on-site position with potential MVR certs and required training.

Qualifications

• Retail and inventory management experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and training abilities.
• Ability to operate store equipment including forklift and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HUB operations and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inventory control, replenishment, and paperwork.
• Lead HUB team members and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Interface with stores, hubs, and external suppliers for fulfillment.
