Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Prior retail experience and inventory management knowledge.
Able to drive forklift, if certified and applicable.
Good interpersonal skills and leadership experience.
Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Oversee HUB operations and ensure timely hub orders and processes.
Direct, organize and delegate work for HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialists).
Review hub orders, pull parts, stage product, and finalize paperwork.
Coordinate with store network, 3rd party drivers, and suppliers for fulfillment options.
Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with policies.
Lead stocking activities and ensure completion within 24 hours.
Communicate risks or concerns to store leaders promptly.
