The role requires leadership, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and hands-on supervision of staff, safety compliance, event setup, and inventory control.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an entertainment or hospitality setting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of HUB operations, including attractions, facilities, equipment and staff.
• Supervise and lead staff, including all operational personnel.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate event setup, ensuring that the facility is well prepared and well maintained.
• Oversee the execution of event plans and schedules, including crowd control and VIP services.
• Train, mentor and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Manage inventory levels for supplies.
• All other duties as assigned.
