Job summary

Red Pipe LLC is seeking a friendly F&B Host to ensure guests are welcomed and well attended at The HUB. You will take orders at the Food Truck, bowling lanes, and coffee shop, handle payments, and help maintain clean dining areas.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and company procedures, with responsibilities spanning front-of-house service and basic beverage preparation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Valid IHS Food Handler's Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Take orders for food and beverages at the Food Truck, bowling lanes, and coffee shop.
• Enter patrons' orders into the computer for kitchen transmission.
• Prepare hot or cold beverages at the coffee shop.
• Inform customers of daily specials and explain ingredients and methods.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare tables and set up dining areas for service.
