Job summary

UPS is seeking a results-driven supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, training and development, and ensure safety, productivity and attendance. This role supervises workgroups and sets high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.

The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on safety policies and OSHA compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and coaching.
• Maintain constant safety compliance at all times.
