Overnight Parts Inc. (OPA) is seeking a hands-on HUB Supervisor to manage daily delivery hub operations in Jackson, MS.

You will lead driver performance, route coverage, safety, and overall execution of routes while staying active in field operations with ride-alongs several days per week. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and a commitment to safety and customer service, with responsibilities spanning staffing, coaching, and coordinating with management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery routes are covered and depart on time.
• Maintain driver schedules and staffing while minimizing overtime.
• Deliver a route or conduct a driver ride-along at least three days per week.
• Ensure ride-alongs occur at least every three months to evaluate safety and performance.
• Train, coach, and monitor drivers for safe, professional performance.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training drivers.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, appearance, and address issues as needed.
• Ensure proper use of OPA systems and required documentation.
• Respond to route issues like shortages and redeliveries.
• Monitor route performance and work to improve efficiency and service.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are ready for service.
• Maintain accurate employee time records for payroll accuracy.
• Safeguard vehicles, equipment, fuel, and other assets.
• Communicate significant issues with the Territory Manager.
