Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee all operational and logistical activities at the Middle Mile Network HUB locations during assigned shifts. This role leads the Hub operations team, enforces safety protocols, and coordinates with the Corp team to ensure timely service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in operational Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years experience in Warehouse Management.
• 5+ years Supervisory or Managerial Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hub operation team including Hub Operations Agents, Warehouse Leads and Forklift Operators.
• Ensure dock activities are executed as planned and support staff with duties.
• Provide input for staffing schedules and booking of linehauls to service freight.
• Identify and improve service and operations issues in the Hub station.
• Track shipment performance and develop processes to reduce dwell time.
• Manage staff scheduling, overtime decisions and training.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate shifts' needs to the Hub Manager.
• Ensure safety programs and policies are followed.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transportation providers.
