Reports To: Territory Manager | Schedule:Full-Time; primarily Monday–Friday, with hours varying by HUB location and operational needs
About the Position
Overnight Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on leader to manage the daily operation of an OPA delivery HUB. The HUB Supervisor is responsible for driver performance, route coverage, safety, customer service, fleet readiness, and the overall execution of daily delivery operations.
This is not a desk-management position. HUB Supervisors are expected to stay actively involved in field operations by delivering routes or conducting driver ride-alongs a minimum of three days per week. This allows the Supervisor to directly observe driver performance, understand route and customer issues, and remain connected to the day-to-day operation.

What Success Looks Like
A successful HUB Supervisor maintains a safe, dependable, and customer-focused operation. Routes are covered and leave on time. Drivers are trained, monitored, and held accountable. Vehicles are ready for service. Delivery problems are addressed quickly, and management is kept informed of significant issues.
Most importantly, the HUB Supervisor knows what is happening in the field. Regular route participation and ride-alongs allow the Supervisor to lead and coach from direct observation rather than relying solely on reports or secondhand information.
