Job summary

Envoy Air Inc invites applications for an on-site Administrator, Hub Learning at a designated hub. You will support learning and development for hub managers and frontline leaders, partnering with Envoy’s Talent Development team to drive growth and improved performance.

The role emphasizes operational awareness, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate training logistics while building actionable development plans and reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Services, ground handling, or airline hub operations.
• Possess a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license; travel as required; some license restrictions may apply.
• Experience facilitating training or development programs for managers or frontline employees; working knowledge of hub operations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work with people at different levels.
• Organized and self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva familiarity is a plus.
• College degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field—or equivalent experience; must be able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support & Manager Coaching: support managers using hub operations knowledge to lead teams with consistency.
• Identify root causes of performance and engagement gaps and coach managers on team performance and motivation.
• Development & Facilitation: lead in-person learning sessions, support onboarding of new hub leaders, administer leadership assessments.
• Coordinate logistics for hub training and prepare clear, job-ready materials and reports.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting: act as a trusted liaison between hub leadership and Talent Development.
• Track participation and completion rates using LearningHub, Excel, Forms, and Tableau; deliver regular summaries.
