Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a HUB Inventory Specialist to oversee hub orders, inventories, and coordination with stores, hubs, and suppliers. You will manage cycle counts, paperwork, and ensure accurate stock levels across the network.

You will operate store systems, use forklifts/hand trucks, and collaborate with store teams to source parts, fulfill orders, and maintain safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior retail experience and inventory management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as scheduling requires.
• Experience with POS and parts lookup systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner.
• Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Interaction with Drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc.
• Engage store-to-facility network to determine sourcing and logistics options.
• Work with GM, DL and SSC support for proper inventory mix and levels.
• Inventory accuracy and functions: cycle counts, outages, planograms, price changes.
• Manage and comply with all Hub records and all paperwork policies and procedures.
• Additional inventory activities including overstocks, callbacks, resets.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Assist with front room inventory functions and cores/defects.
