You will perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, generate reports, monitor min/max levels, and support forecasting, while maintaining safety and organization.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of inventory experience, proficiency with WMS, RF Smart, and Excel, and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and handheld scanners.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurate scanning and tracking of inventory using scanners and software.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Record discrepancies and reconcile data in real-time.
• Generate regular inventory reports and support optimization efforts.
• Monitor stock levels against minimums/maximums and initiate replenishments.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain safe, organized storage and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with forecasting and trend analysis for inventory planning.
