Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Indianapolis is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate for day shift. You will use handheld RF scanners and our mobile app to perform replenishments, cycle counts, and order entry, while maintaining accurate inventory records and safe work practices.

The role requires a high school diploma and 0–1 years in retail stocking, warehousing, or inventory control. You will communicate with teammates and customers via email, and support process improvements to streamline daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years in customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control preferred.
• Confident using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning apps; basic Microsoft Office skills; clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld RF scanners and our mobile app for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.
• Receive and inspect shipments, scan and store items, maintain accurate cycle counts.
• Respond to customer emails, then follow up by phone, and assist internal partners to resolve questions.
