Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Hub Inventory Specialist to manage hub orders and inventory across hubs and stores, coordinating with drivers and suppliers to source parts while maintaining inventory accuracy in our systems.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, plus retail inventory experience. You may need to work nights/weekends and lift up to 100 pounds as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be competent at oral and written communications and handle basic math computations.
• Should have prior retail experience, including basic merchandising and inventory management skills.
• Able to drive forklift, if certified and applicable, and use a hand truck and pallet jack.
• Should be well mannered, neat in appearance and able to interact with the public professionally.
• Previous work records should demonstrate stability and performance results.
• Scheduling factors necessitate ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner.
• Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Interaction with Drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc.
• Engage store-to-facility network for part sourcing and logistics solutions.
• Work with GM, DL and SSC support for inventory mix and levels.
• Inventory accuracy and functions - cycle counts, outages, planograms, price changes, front & face.
• Manage and comply with all Hub records and paperwork policies.
