Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a HUB Inventory Specialist to manage hub order fulfillment and inventory control. You will review hub orders, pull parts, stage products, finalize paperwork, and coordinate with drivers and stores to source parts when unavailable in-network.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, outages, planograms, price changes, and maintaining accurate inventory records; forklift operation may be required. Strong communication and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail inventory management experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and basic math proficiency.
• Ability to operate forklift if certified.

Responsibilities

• Hub operations and timely resolution of hub orders.
• Review orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers and stores for part sourcing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and related tasks.
• Work with GM, DL and SSC on inventory mix and levels.
• Manage hub records and paperwork in accordance with policies.
• Assist with overstocks, callbacks, and resets; front room inventory.
