Job summary

West Marine is seeking a delivery hub associate to support fulfillment and customer service at our Sarasota hub. You will work under limited supervision, help prioritize orders, and ensure timely, safe deliveries while representing the brand.

Responsibilities include loading vehicles, using routing apps, maintaining equipment, and assisting customers in-store. A high school diploma and safety certifications are preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HazMat and forklift certifications preferred or required.
• Strong customer service and safety focus essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hub Manager to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Communicate with customers and managers to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Load vehicles and support routing sequences for deliveries and pickups.
• Document deliveries and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and share promotions.
