Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 1 year of contextual and/or training experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2 years of prior patient support services experience.
• Knowledge of organizational development principles and methods.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create materials and conduct face-to-face and virtual presentations.
• Effective coaching and performance management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
• Strong problem solving, judgment and decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work with various levels of internal staff, management and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs, set training goals and design training for a client-specific program.
• Monitor and manage the process from planning to execution to governance of training and program quality.
• Coordinate and prepare course materials for training sessions, including work instructions.
• Deliver training sessions.
• Coordinate and conduct course evaluations and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Develop effective relationships with HR specialists and other L&D functions.
• Work closely with training administrators to ensure LMS actions are updated.
• Identify and recommend learning program improvements.
• Develop and maintain a network of professional training contacts.
