Job summary

Atalanta Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced molecular and cellular biologist to lead the InVitro Biology team and the high-throughput screening (HTS) effort.

The role centers on expanding screening capabilities to evaluate siRNA efficacy in mammalian cells and to support preclinical drug development for multiple targets. The candidate should have strong skills in microplate-based cell culture, automated liquid handling, and a background in neurobiology.

Qualifications

• Experience with cell-based assay development and assay validation.
• Experience in high-throughput screening and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and optimizing high throughput automated processes for siRNA screening.
• Developing and standardizing cell-based assays and expression analyses.
• Analyzing data and statistics to evaluate assay performance.
• Leading and mentoring research associates in screening efforts.
• Collaborating with project teams to adapt assays to HTS formats and prioritize screens.
• Communicating designs, progress and results to teams through reports and presentations.
