• Customer Support & Registration Coordination: serve as primary contact for inquiries, registrations, payments, and troubleshooting statewide.
• Salesforce Administration: act as program superuser, support data accuracy and reporting.
• Financial Reconciliation & Deposit Management: manage travel expense reporting.
• Event Program Coordination: plan and oversee HTCP events and support staff.
• Program Reporting: generate reports for WisDOT and other requestors.
• Instructor Contract & HR Liaison: coordinate new hire setup with HR and manage exam coordination.
