HITACHI ENERGY USA INC. is seeking an HSE Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive health, safety, and environmental training across our manufacturing operations.

You will develop engaging learning experiences and maintain accurate training records, enabling regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools, and strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (OHS, environmental science, engineering, education) is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering HSE training in manufacturing/industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning development tools; ability to evaluate training impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and improve HSE training programs and materials.
  • Deliver training on health, safety, environmental, and regulatory topics.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness with assessments and metrics.
  • Maintain training records and ensure timely completion of programs.
  • Partner with business teams to identify training needs and create solutions.
